It is comfort food Friday at the Edison grill ! Filet tip skewers atop fried shoestring onion rings as an appetizer,peppers stuffed with cheese ground beef spinach and orzo served with garlic bread with fresh mozzarella and back by popular demand our Cajun pasta with shrimp chicken and andouille sausage. Of course we wouldn’t be the Edison grill without some original cocktails, come along Caribbean mule made with coconut rum lime juice ginger beer and grenadine, orange spritz made with our house infused orange tequila club soda and orange bitters or our cranberry margarita , which is banging!

Ok, so today the Edison grill is sipping on gin and juice – made with muddled black berries mint and house made ginger simple syrup topped up with club soda, a traveler mojito Bacardi rum, muddled mint and pink grapefruit juice and the twisted pair made with sugar island coconut rum, sugar island spiced rum, lime juice and pink grapefruit juice. Our entrees include stuffed chicken florentine stuffed with herb ricotta spinach and sundries tomatoes also a house made meat lasagna made with fresh mozzarella .
