Once again it’s Friday and I have the best crew ever! I love these guys, always working hard cooking and serving our great customers! Tonight we are pumping out red wine braised lamb,spiral ham with scalloped potatoes and horseradish and Parmesan encrusted salmon atop lentils tomatoes and spinach! Whoop whoop!
