Chicken Stuffed with Blue Cheese & and Spinach & Rigatoni Bolognese

A couple of this weeks special are chicken stuffed with blue cheese and spinach and wrapped in bacon topped with a cranberry horseradish chutney then we have our rigatoni bolognese topped with herb ricotta. Just look at it !
