The Edison Grill will be featuring wine slushies and different cocktails. Our pig this year will be coming from Winter Winds Farm and is 100% organic.

On the menu:

  • Pulled pork – 3 different ways (to be announced)
  • Smoked chicken
  • Smoked ribs
  • Coleslaw
  • Pasta salad arugula with creamy pesto dressing
  • Baked beans
  • Herb roasted potatoes
  • Corn on the cob
  • Green beans with wild mushrooms in a garlic butter sauce
  • Jalapeño corn bread
  • Appetizers – Frog legs, Shark bites, Fruit Salad
