The Edison Grill Chefs are Hard at Work

The Edison Grill chefs are hard at work getting ready for the weekend. Roasted brussels sprouts, 60 pounds of prime rib and a orange glazed spiral ham with sweet potato bisque.

Outside Patio & Taco Buesday Coming up Next Month!

Patio season is almost over. For those that missed our bourbon event and those that can’t wait for the next one, well here we go! Edison grill invites you to Taco Buesday on November 3rd from 6 to 9PM. The patio will be open and we will be featuring some of Patrons finest cocktail flights and samples of high end tequilas. An awesome taco bar is included as well as cocktails. Tickets are $40 and will be on sale by the end of next week. They do go quick so don’t wait!

Seafood Risotto & Maple Glazed Pork Tenderloin

It’s that time of the day – the Edison grill is putting out once again some amazing specials. A seafood risotto with shrimp scallops, Parmesan cheese and shallots.  Also, a maple glazed pork tenderloin served with roasted Brussels sprouts and our garlic mashed potato. Feeling adventurous I recommend our bucket truck martini made with Amador bourbon chai liquor and apple cider or if your feeling something seasonal you can’t go wrong with a pumpkin pie martini or our red harvest sangria.  Whoop there it is – that should get your taste buds rolling!
