Happy Friday! Edison grill is hard at work putting some great specials together! This week we are going with a Oktoberfest theme featuring an Oktoberfest tap takeover with some German style cuisine! Let me start with a jumbo rip and dip pretzel served with a beer cheese dip, pumpkin wrappers filled with pumpkin, cream cheese, dried cranberries, caramelized onions and goat cheese topped with our house made butterscotch sauce. We also have veal wiener schnitzel served with red cabbage, roasted carrots and garlic mashed potatoes, turkey breast filled with a sausage sage stuffing and a harvest style stuffed pork tenderloin filled with apples apricots and raisins. Stop in say hi – have a cocktail…… or 5 and enjoy!

Bacon mac & cheese egg rolls , fresh stuffed artichoke hearts with a sharp provolone and chorizo sausage, not your mothers pot pie made with smoked top round and topped with puff pastry,mussels scampi topped with fresh artichoke hearts,stuffed chicken stuffed with sharp provolone apples and pecans and don’t the cocktails make you thirsty.
Great news – starting Wednesday night we will be serving our new house made pasta dishes. This Wednesday we will be featuring our cheese ravioli house made meatballs and house made bread. Stop in the Edison grill and give it a shot!
