It’s that time of the day – the Edison grill is putting out once again some amazing specials. A seafood risotto with shrimp scallops, Parmesan cheese and shallots. Also, a maple glazed pork tenderloin served with roasted Brussels sprouts and our garlic mashed potato. Feeling adventurous I recommend our bucket truck martini made with Amador bourbon chai liquor and apple cider or if your feeling something seasonal you can’t go wrong with a pumpkin pie martini or our red harvest sangria. Whoop there it is – that should get your taste buds rolling!

Cold weather is here – let us warm you up with a great pumpkin martini and pair that with a pumpkin butternut squash ravioli in a brown butter sage sauce or how about a harvest stuffed chicken filled with cinnamon apples dried cranberries apricots and Brie topped with an apple cider glaze. In the mood for just a nice warming appetizer how about our baked Brie topped with apples dried apricots and cranberries drizzled with a balsamic glaze….that’s right.
