Friday is a upon us and it’s time to grind! A loaded baked potato with pulled pork , Mac and cheese , bacon, BBQ sauce, shredded Monterey cheese, sour cream and chives. Yes that’s an appetizer! Citrus glazed swordfish or our steak roulade topped with a a pesto provolone cream sauce. Cocktails include the spark plug, wave form martini and flip the switch. You’re going to have to try them all to figure out what’s in them . What’s better than hump day? Freaking Friday!

The Edison grill is!!!🍀 first up we have Panko crusted chicken topped with fire roasted peppers and a bacon blue cheese fondue,next, REUBEN ROLLS!!! Filled with corned beef, cabbage, and Swiss served with thousand island for dipping. And for the avid Irish, slow cooked corned beef and cabbage with potatoes and carrots, YUM!

Time to get your grub on at the Edison grill! Fried artichoke hearts, shrimp and chorizo skewers to start. How about a nice serving of our house made fresh eggplant Parmesan atop angel hair pasta,or go for the pesto cod topped with roasted tomatoes and fresh mozzarella,and of course we have our cocktail on top and this week we introduced our pyrat rum orange mojito. CRAZY GOOD!
